Early Setup

You can begin setting up Friday, Oct. 2, 2026, after 1 p.m.
This early setup is at your own risk.
The Friends of the Littleton Library and Museum, the Littleton Museum, the City of Littleton, and South Suburban Parks & Recreation cannot be liable for any damaged or missing items.

South Suburban Parks & Recreation does not permit overnight stays or camping in the parking lot located at the east end of Ketring Park or in any other area of Ketring Park.
Overnight camping is not permitted in the Littleton Museum or Bemis Public Library parking lots or properties.
All locations will be checked regularly. Anyone violating this will be ticketed and asked to leave the parking lot.

The Littleton Craft Fair is open to the public from 9 a.m.–4 p.m. Be aware that you will have early shoppers.
Load in from the Littleton Museum parking lot or the service road immediately south of the park (accessible from Gallup Street) before 9 a.m.
Please unload as quickly as possible to ensure other vendors can unload.
After unloading, immediately move your vehicleto the parking lot east of Ketring Lake or another parking area.
The service road must be clear from 9 a.m.–4 p.m. for police, fire, and ambulance access.
The police will ticket or tow illegally parked vehicles.
Museum staff and fair volunteers are unable to help you unload and load.
We strongly recommend a wheeled dolly able to cross flat, mowed grass.
You can unload with an ATV/golf cart or large wheeled dolly.
If you are pulling a trailer into Ketring Park with your ATV, the trailer must be single axle and no larger than 6’x8’.
You cannot drive any vehicle larger than an ATV or golf cart onto the park lawn at any time.

Do not disassemble and load out until after 4 p.m. unless approved by the Sponsor during the fair.
Vendors who tear down before 4 p.m. may not be invited back.
You may load out from the same locations as load in.
The grounds must be cleared Saturday immediately following the fair.
Place trash in dumpsters.
Crush all boxes before putting them in the dumpsters.

Please note that police will ticket or tow illegally parked vehicles.
Be respectful of all staff and volunteers regarding parking instructions.
Vendors are encouraged to park in the parking lot east of Ketring Lake to allow convenient parking for shoppers.
Vendors also may park on surrounding streets according to local signs.
The east side of Gallup Street becomes handicapped parking from 9 a.m.–4 p.m.

During the fair, vendors may not park in the following locations:

The Littleton Museum parking lot except as needed with handicapped permit
Bemis Public Library parking lot
The service road on the north side of the park—this road must be clear from 9 a.m.–4 p.m. for police, fire, and ambulance access
