Liability, Cancellations & Taxes

Liability Information

The Friends of the Littleton Library and Museum, the Littleton Museum, and the City of Littleton are not responsible for any damaged, stolen, or missing items.

Indemnity

Crafter shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor from and against any and all claims, liabilities, demands, causes of actions, damages, losses and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney’s fees and costs of suit, arising out of or in connection with: (a) any actual negligent or willful act or omission of crafter or any of crafter’s employees or contractors, or; (b) any actual or alleged violation by crafter or any of crafter’s employees or contractors of any law, statute, ordinance or regulation.

Crafter Cancellation & Refunds

If you cannot attend, notify us immediately at littletoncraftfair@gmail.com.
If a space is assigned to you and you don’t show up the day of the fair without prior notification, you will not be invited to future Littleton Craft Fairs.
No refunds will be given after August 31.
Depending on circumstances, the Sponsor may allow the crafter to roll booth fees over to the next year.

Weather Cancellation

The Littleton Craft Fair is a rain, snow, or shine event.
Because the fair is planned for early October, cancellation due to inclement weather is unlikely and no refunds will be made for such.
If weather creates a safety issue, the Sponsor reserves the right to reschedule or terminate the event.

Force Majeure

If a force majeure event other than weather occurs that results in the cancellation of the Littleton Craft Fair, a full credit of the booth space fee will be granted to be used at a future fair event.
