Booths & Equipment

Booth Locations

  • Crafters from the prior year receive three weeks advance notice for applying to the fair. 
  • Crafters must apply and submit new pictures each year. 
  • Crafters will select their booth(s) once accepted.
  • If necessary, work with the Littleton Craft Fair coordinator to make location changes.


Booth Space Boundaries

  • All crafters must display their articles within the boundaries of their allotted 10’X10’ space. 
  • If this is not adhered to, the crafter will be asked to move the articles back into the allotted space. 
  • If you choose not to move to your allotted space, your name will be removed from future Littleton Craft Fair participation. 


Equipment

  • Vendors are responsible for their own setup and equipment including tables, chairs, canopy, and canopy weights. 
  • Electricity is not available, and generators are not permitted. 
  • PA systems comprising of microphones, amplifiers, loudspeakers, and related equipment are not permitted. 


Canopies & Weights

  • Canopies (tents) are not required. 
  • Any canopy color is acceptable. 
  • · For safety reasons, tents must be weighted down securely to withstand adverse weather/wind. 
  • You accept the liability for any damage or injury caused by your tent or equipment. 
  • All canopies MUST be weighted; no stakes, wires, or ropes may be used in the construction of any booth. 
  • A minimum of 40 pounds per tent leg is required.
  • Vendors with canopies without weights or with insufficient weights on all four legs will not be permitted to return the next year.
  • South Metro Fire District no longer allows water-filled weights. A water hose will no longer be provided at the Littleton Museum.
