Event description

The Annual Littleton Craft Fair (the “Craft Fair”) is hosted by the Friends of the Littleton Library and Museum on the first Saturday in October from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the scenic Ketring Park in Littleton Colorado, just north of the Littleton Museum. We typically expect over 18,000 attendees/shoppers.  We can host a maximum of 256 vendors and five concessionaires. Half of the booth spaces (128) are standard 10x10 for a fee of $185 and half (128) are 10x10 corner spaces for a fee of $200.  Additionally, a $5.00 non-refundable application and processing fee will be assessed each vendor.

This is a juried show to ensure that all merchandise is original and handcrafted by the crafter or artisan (however there is no separate jurying fee). This requirement is important to protect the integrity of our Craft Fair for our attendees. You will be asked in the application process to provide information regarding items that you plan to sell at the Craft Fair to help certify that the items being sold fit with our original / handcrafted standards. Those vendors violating the original / handcrafted rule during the Craft Fair will be removed from future Craft Fair participation. Examples of items not accepted: “how to” classes, resale items, commercial products, and services.

We review and process applications in the order we receive them.  We will review crafter eligibility based on our original / handcrafted standards.  If you are accepted, we will notify you by email or phone.  Payment will be due at that time. You may request a booth assignment, however, we assign the booths on a first-come, first-serve basis with preference given to returning crafters once we receive applications and payment. 

Standard 10x10 booth space: $185.  Corner 10x10 booth space: $200. You may purchase more than one contiguous booth if you require more space. More than one crafter may share a booth as long as all crafters in the booth observe the original / handcrafted standards and all other Craft Fair rules.  We will not make specific booth assignments until you pay for the booth spaces.
