Plan Your Visit to Littleton Craft Fair

You must load and unload your items, so bring your own large wheeled dolly, wagons, ATV or other moving equipment, if possible. If you are pulling a trailer into Ketring Park with your ATV, it must be single axle and under 6’x8’. If you use anything larger, we will not invite you back to the Craft Fair. Do not drive pickup trucks into the park. South Suburban allows us to use this park and we don’t want to damage it in any way.

You may set up your booth on Friday (the day before the Craft Fair) after 1 p.m. This early set-up is at your own risk. The Friends of the Littleton Library and Museum, the Littleton Museum, and the City of Littleton are not responsible for any damaged, stolen or missing items. On Saturday (the day of the Craft Fair), set-up will begin at 6:30 a.m.  The start of Craft Fair is officially 9 a.m., but it is our experience that shoppers start arriving early (we can’t and won’t stop them) so it is in your best interest to be set-up early and ready.  Overnight security for crafters who set up on Friday is not provided. City of Littleton patrol officers are on duty the day of the Craft Fair from 9-4.

Crafters are allowed to unload/load on the service road just north of the Littleton Museum parking lot. After unloading, crafters are required to move their vehicle to the crafter parking lot on the east side of Ketring Park. Crafter parking is prohibited in the Museum and Library parking lots and on adjacent streets. An approved parking map is available on the booth map page.

Booths must remain open until 4 p.m. the day of the Craft Fair. Those who tear down before 4 p.m. may not be invited back.  Please put all trash in the designated dumpsters at tear-down.

City of Littleton patrol officers are on duty the day of the Craft Fair from 9-4. Overnight security for crafters who set up on Friday is not provided.
